I've been on the rotation for four months now. The handover process is genuinely seamless — the vehicle arrives on Monday, keys are exchanged at the door in about two minutes, and that's it. I've had a sedan, two different SUVs, and a coupé so far. The coupé was a good surprise. My preference note from the first week (no overly dark tinted windows) has been respected every time without me mentioning it again.

A family wanted to mark a parent's retirement from a senior position in the public sector. The dinner was at a Dempsey Hill restaurant. Guests included family members, former colleagues, and a few close friends — spread across six locations in Singapore.

What we arranged

Four vehicles were deployed. The lead vehicle collected the guest of honour and immediate family from their home in Bishan. The three supporting vehicles managed the remaining guests from Tampines, the city centre, and Jurong respectively. The lead vehicle was prepared with a handwritten card from the family and a bottle of sparkling water preferred by the guest. Drivers were briefed to arrive 15 minutes early at each location.

The outcome

All vehicles arrived at Dempsey within a four-minute window of each other. The return transfers — completed between 10:30 PM and midnight — ran without incident. The family noted that the transport "ran itself" and required no attention from them during the evening.

What we arranged

Three separate afternoon hire arrangements were made across the three-week stay. Documentation (UK licence plus International Driving Permit) was verified ahead of the first hire. The IU unit and Singapore navigation were covered in a brief walkthrough at first delivery. Subsequent hires required only a confirmation call the day before.

The outcome
