How do I arrange a vehicle hire?

Contact us by phone or email with your preferred dates, duration, and any preferences you have regarding vehicle type. We will confirm availability and send you the hire terms within one working day.
What documents are required?

A valid Singapore driving licence or an International Driving Permit endorsed for Singapore is required. NRIC or passport details are also needed for the hire agreement. Documents can be submitted by photo prior to delivery.
Is insurance included?

Yes. Comprehensive vehicle insurance is included in all hire arrangements. Policy details and excess amounts are shared before you confirm any booking.
Can I extend a hire that is already underway?

Extensions are possible subject to vehicle availability. Contact us directly during your hire period and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Extended periods are charged at the standard rate.
Where do you deliver and collect?

Delivery and collection are available throughout Singapore including residential areas, business districts, and major hotels. Please share your location when confirming your arrangement.
What if the vehicle develops a problem during my hire?

Roadside assistance is included in all hires. In the event of a mechanical issue, contact our team and we will arrange a replacement vehicle or assist with the situation as quickly as possible.
How far in advance should I book for a motorcade arrangement?

We recommend contacting us at least one week before the event. This allows time to discuss logistics, brief the drivers, and prepare any personal touches you have requested for the lead vehicle.
