quartisanes offers a small number of vehicle hire arrangements, each designed for a specific kind of use. Nothing is bundled or forced — you choose the arrangement that fits your situation.

How we work
Every quartisanes arrangement begins with an enquiry — by phone or email. We discuss what you need, confirm availability, and agree on pricing before anything is committed. There are no booking platforms or automated systems. This is intentional.
Once confirmed, documentation is submitted by photo in advance. On the day, the vehicle arrives at your specified address with a full tank, a clean cabin, and any supporting items discussed during the booking. Our team is contactable throughout.
At the end of the arrangement, the vehicle is collected from the same address (or another, if agreed). If anything has changed — timing, collection point, duration — we handle the adjustment directly, without system limitations getting in the way.
Quiet Afternoon Hire

A simple, unadorned half-day rental for those who want a well-maintained vehicle for an afternoon of personal use. No driver, no itinerary, no frills — just a car delivered to your address, keys handed over, and the rest of the day is yours. Choose from sedans or compact SUVs suited to city driving. Insurance, navigation, and roadside support are included. Return the car by evening, or arrange a later collection if plans change.

How the arrangement works
Contact us by phone or email with your preferred date and address.
We confirm availability and send you the hire agreement and pricing by email.
Submit your driving licence by photo before the delivery date.
The vehicle arrives at your address at the agreed time, fuelled and cleaned.
Return the vehicle by the agreed time, or call us to arrange a later collection.

Resident's Weekly Rotation

A recurring weekly vehicle hire for Singapore residents who enjoy driving different cars without owning them. Each week, a different vehicle from our collection is delivered to your home — one week a sedan, the next an SUV, the following a coupé. You specify broad preferences, and our team selects a vehicle that fits. Insurance, navigation, and support are included each week. The arrangement runs month to month with no minimum commitment beyond the current week.

How the arrangement works
Contact us to discuss your driving preferences: vehicle types, size, and any requirements.
We confirm the first week's vehicle and send the ongoing arrangement terms.
The first vehicle is delivered to your home on the agreed day.
Each week, the previous vehicle is collected and a new one delivered at the same time.
Pause or end the arrangement at any time with one week's notice.

Retirement Dinner Motorcade

A vehicle service honouring a career milestone — coordinating transport for the guest of honour, their family, and close colleagues to a retirement dinner or celebration. The lead vehicle is prepared with a personal touch: a congratulatory card, a preferred beverage, and a comfortable rear cabin. Supporting vehicles handle guest transfers from offices, hotels, and residences. Drivers are briefed on timing and the tone of the occasion. Return transfers are included.

How the arrangement works
Contact us at least one week before the event to discuss your requirements and guest list.
We plan routing, timing, and guest pick-up sequences and confirm everything in writing.
The lead vehicle is prepared with personal touches confirmed during the booking.
Drivers collect guests from their locations and arrive at the venue punctually.
Return transfers are coordinated from the venue at the agreed close of the evening.

Standards across all arrangements
Security and privacy
Client details are used only for the arrangement in question. Driving licence information is verified and then handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not retain data beyond what is required.
Vehicle performance standards
All vehicles are maintained according to manufacturer service schedules and inspected before each hire. We do not hire vehicles outside their service window or with unresolved mechanical notes.
Client support
All active hires have a named contact who can be reached by phone. For occasion-based arrangements, this contact is available from two hours before the event through to its conclusion.
Regulatory compliance
quartisanes operates under a current LTA Vehicle Hire Operator Licence. All vehicles are road-taxed, insured, and maintained in compliance with Singapore's Land Transport Authority requirements.
